Realization of Promotion Projects
In close association with the responsible product manager we develop concepts for
- schedule and size of promotional activities
- priorities and targets of the promotion campaign.
It is one of our central concerns to react to short term concept changes in the fastest, most flexible and competent manner.
A general promotion schedule would be as follows:
- developing a general concept according to the specifications of our client and designing a mailing program that will constitute the basis for the whole promotional work.
- sending mailings to the media (advance tapes, finished products etc.) accordingly
- contacting the media partners after they received the mailing; the results will be reported in great detail to the client at agree intervals
- additional mailing after this first check coordination and acquisition of interviews
During the course of the project it is our special concern to
- draw up regular reports
- give the client full insight into the ways and progress of the promotional activities
- draw up detailed final reports
- give out press folders documenting our work
- react flexibly to new developments and modify the promotion accordingly
- continually reflect and modify the basic concept
