Band-Kommentar Single "War":

"'War' is about the notion that people can be completely consumed by the habits that they form. Most of us seem to find ways to cope in our lives by forming temporary fixes to numb the pain. So much so that we are, as a society, unaware of the consequences and who the actions impact. “But if you try to clean with kerosene you’ll burn away” addresses these temporary fixes that are used as bandages and will eventually lead to worse problems, as well as impacting the relationships in our lives.”

Band-Kommentar Single "Fragile Bones":

“Fragile Bones is about the pressure people feel to be a different version of themselves for whatever reason that may be. Whether to succeed, fit in, play a part, etc. That’s where the lyric You take my fragile bones and you make them your own. You wanted everything til nothing’s left of me.  Is from the external pressures to live to a different standard than who we want to be can be suffocating and feel as though the weight of the world is on our shoulders. And, while that is not really ok, it is something everyone in this band has experienced in multiple levels at different times while we have been on this journey together, so we addressed it head on.”

“Electronic hardcore” may not be a genre instantly recognized by some, but Palisades have set out to change that. They defy boundaries of genres and are paving the way for an exciting shift in their scene. Anyone that attends one of their live shows will instantly understand the significance of the band. They bring the heat and the crowds are hyped from beginning to end. They have toured with the likes of Crown The Empire, We Came As Romans, Dance Gavin Dance, The Word Alive and more.

Palisades are back with their self-titled album. The band went into the studio with Brandon Paddock to craft their third full-length, and the result is unlike anything the scene has currently experienced. Palisades have found a way to bend genres and create a mix of metalcore and EDM that is both unique and exciting. The band is fully aware that they’re creating music ahead of its time. Palisades know who they are, and are completely comfortable in their own skin.
